However our company cannot accept any failure/liability in regards to payment not on time. Hence any delay of this project, issued under the acts of TITAN ELECTRIC Ltd. Procedures are permissible. Therefore it must be clearly understood that both customer and service provider are obligated to deliver in full and on-time. If this project has pass due its validity for no more than ninety days (3 months) after schedule completion date, then this project is considered as abandon if no written/oral communication has not been submitted prior to completion date, then any material or money withdrawn may remain the property of our company without liability to client for trespass or any other reason whether or not its placed into operation.
